PSYCHOTHERAPY
“We think that the point is to pass the test or overcome the problem, but the truth is that things don't really get solved. They come together and they fall apart. Then they come together again and fall apart again. It's just like that. The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy.”
― Pema Chödrön
Therapy asks that you show up for yourself with bravery, curiosity and compassion. Therapy is not only useful for reducing symptoms, but for personal growth and transformation; helping people awaken to their purpose, increase their experience of pleasure, deepen their interpersonal relationships, find meaning in their work, and uncover a greater capacity for love.
The goal of psychotherapy is to help you learn how to live in the full awareness of who you are beneath the learned patterns, limiting beliefs, and false-stories you have come to accept as truth. Learning to appreciate and understand your feelings as reasonable, valid responses to your experiences without judgement helps build emotional tolerance and maturity allowing you to live in the present instead of living your life through a past lens.
The process of psychotherapy teaches us how to work with uncomfortable emotions, to sit with the pain of rejection and abandonment, and face the paralysis of our fears with compassion and forgiveness.
Therapy is largely based on the connection between client and therapist and the experiences shared between them in the safety of the therapeutic container.

YOGA & MEDITATION
“Yoga is like music: the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind, and the harmony of the soul create the symphony of life.”
― B.K.S. Iyengar
The world is filled with movement. What we need is to become more conscious of how and why we move. Yoga teaches us to move towards greater alignment in the body, mind and heart, awakening the wise one within, and uncovering our interconnectedness to all of life - its beauty and its impermanence. It is with practice that yoga reveals the path towards spiritual awakening, freedom, humility and love.

BREATHWORK
“He suddenly understood the message of so many spiritual teachers that the only revolution that can work is the inner transformation of every human being.” ― Stanislav Grof
Breathwork is a dynamic form of meditation and powerful psychotherapeutic tool for healing.
The term breathwork refers to the practice of conscious breathing where we actively regulate the length and depth of our inhales and exhales. When used in an intentional setting, breathwork can have immediate effects on our emotional and physical state, inciting experiences of profound emotional release and healing, relaxation, and increased self-awareness.
